First download the folder it has everything you need (except modio which i assume you have) Here! [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
1.First You need to unplug your xbox from live and clear system cache on your Hard Drive (HDD)
2. connect your HDD to your computer using a transfer cable and open up Modio
3. Use the device explorer in modio (or xport 360) to open your HDD and Click partition 3 and click Cache and move the patch from the folder into the cache (in the Patch and Tuts folder it named like TU_10....)
4. Now you need to make the gamesave to the map of your choice for singleplayer (the mods that carry over to two player work on any map)
4(A). go into the folder and pick the map of your choice and drag it into COD Tool (included in the Patch and Tuts folder)
4(B). Edit the gamesave to whatever you want it (some stuff like infinite health and ammo only work in single player) then save it and it will rehash/resign
4(C). pull the save into a Modio resigning window and put your Profile ID and Console ID on it then Rehash/Resign again
5. now just go to contents under partition 3 in your HDD find your profile (its E000******) then just move the save under your COD WAW previous save and close device and put back in your xbox
Staying unhooked from XBL run the game and click Single-Player as if to play the campaign and then click resume game and it should start loading your zombie map for single player! (if the game freezes you may have addded to many mod in that case just do it again with less mods and it should work)
For 2 players load the save like above then exit it and go to cooperative and click nazi zombies then pick the map of your choice and certain mods will transfer over
